Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was small with an odd chemical smell at first, but it was part of Mash restaurant, known for its impressive wine collection. The service was a bit hit or miss, with responsive staff eventually finding us a quieter room. The location was superb, within walking distance of major attractions. The dining experience was average, with a somewhat dark and overheated room. Facilities were adequate but unremarkable.
This hotel offers a comfortable stay with an excellent view of the city, but the rooms are very basic without safety boxes and limited space for bags, which can impact privacy. The staff is extremely helpful and provides 24/7 access to the hotel. The location is ideal for travelers using public transport, being close to train and bus stations. The dining experience is good, especially for vegetarians, with a nice selection of products and an interesting shot of ginger. However, the rooms lack privacy due to glass doors and limited space for belongings.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location was exceptional, right in the city center next to the central station, making it very convenient to explore the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but a bit small with limited space for luggage storage. The service was very helpful and friendly, especially with the lovely assistance from Mette, Helene, and Nicolaj. The dining experience in the atmospheric wine cellar was very good, offering healthy food options. However, some aspects like the small room size and limited luggage space were a bit of a downside during my stay.
I had a short stay at the hotel and found the rooms to be small but very comfortable, with a unique glass-walled shower that made the space feel modern. The staff was fantastic, especially Mette, Helene, and Nicolaj, who were always helpful and pleasant. The location was convenient, right by the train station and close to the city center. The dining experience, although good, was not exceptional, but the Italian coffee was a nice touch.
My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room was a bit small, and the breakfast lacked variety, with the same menu every day.
Upon arriving in January when it was freezing outside, I found the room to be a bit small but quite cozy. The young and attentive staff were very welcoming and even helped with a room transfer when the lock didn't work. The location was superb, just across from the station and seconds from the shopping streets.
